God calls us Christians to live lives of discipleship. Small groups here at Immanuel offer a good opportunity for this endeavor. Small groups don’t just offer head knowledge through intentional time in the study of God’s Word, but also time to develop heart knowledge for others, learning to grow and care for others in community.

We launch two small group sessions throughout the year in tandem with a sermon series. One occurs in the fall, and another in the winter. Group studies are not limited to these two series, but they provide a good starting point.

Please contact Pastor James Kirk (PJ) jkirk@immanuelcl.org for more information.

For Lent, please join us for the small group and sermon series: "The Forgiving Challenge." This 6 week study focuses the process of forgiveness though the acronym SCARS: Sin, Confession, Absolution, Restoration, and Sanctification. Personal devotional materials will be available at a ministry table on Feb 4th, 11th, and 18th to enrich this study.
